1 - ISO 9001:2000 Digitel Quality Management System

Digitel has established, documented, implemented and kept a Quality Management System to assure its products and services comply with required specifications, drawings, work instructions, norms and clients’ requirements according to contract. 

All Digitel products are developed, manufactured, installed and receive post-sales assistance according to its Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Procedures and Instructions which constitute Digitel Quality Management System.

This system is structured to continuously improve its efficacy and complies with the requirements specified in the NBR ISO 9001:2000 norm.

Digitel Quality Management System is structured as follows:

1.1 - System Management Process

The Quality System Management Process aims at managing and monitoring the Quality Management System so as to fully fulfill Digitel Clients requirements, the company’s guidelines details in its documentation, its Quality Policy, the Quality objectives and to comply with the model standardized by the NBR ISO9001:2000 norm.

1.2 - Sales and Clients Process

The Sales and Clients Process has been established to identify and bring to the company the Digitel Market and Client’s requirements to develop and suggest new solutions based on products and services to fulfill their needs.  This process also aims at defining communication means and channels between Digitel and its Market to promptly supply the requested information and gather data about the Company’s performance fulfilling their clients requirements so as to increase their satisfaction.

1.3 - Project and development process

Digital Project Process and Product Development aims at changing its Data Communication clients needs, translated into product specifications, into instructions for product industrialization that, as to economical and technical feasibility, fulfills and even exceeds the mentioned needs.

1.4 - Acquisition process

The Acquisition Process aims at making homologated, inspected and approved products necessary for the Sales Plan available in the Company’s stock. This process involves manufacturers’ performance activities and components and negotiation and purchase of necessary raw materials.

1.5 - Administration process

The Industrialization Process aims at changing material and human resources into products, all of that in an effective and repetitive way so to fulfill clients’ requirements and project specifications.  The Industrialization Process starts at Material Check in, goes through Supplier Quality Control, Inventory, Electronic Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Tests, Integration, Screen-printing, Packaging, Final Quality Control, expedition and Delivery.

1.6 - Service process
This process aims at defining relationship procedures with Clients in delivering quality and effective services to supply needs related to Digitel product sales. Such Procedure comprehends the following activities developed by Customer Care Service Areas: Installation Services (Special Services), Client product Maintenance Services, Client Training.
